We offer technical advice for all our products, conduct site surveys to identify your fall protection needs and can also help you save time and money by installing the systems ourselves. Just get in touch to discuss your requirements: our team is happy to help!
Our systems are straight-forward to install and require no welding or fabrication on site, which means that you will not waste time or money on laborious installation. If you ever get stuck, there are plenty of resources available on our website to help you with the assembly. Alternatively, if you need assistance with our products, we are happy to help over the phone, by email or chat.
We understand that sometimes it can be hard to choose the correct fall protection solution. An awkward roof layout for example or differences in level on a warehouse floor can be tricky to navigate. That's when our site survey services come in handy. Our fall protection specialists will help you identify hazards, answer compliance questions and advise you on solutions. Get in touch to book yours today.
If you are looking for a complete turn-key service, look no further. Our team can: conduct a site survey, advise on a suitable fall protection solution, install the system for you according to the manufacturer’s specification and answer any of your questions about our products and services that you might have in the meantime. We are here for you every step of the way.
Did you decide you need a fall protection solution for your site (whether this is a roof or a factory floor) or need help identifying hazards? We can help. Here is how this works:
Give us a call to discuss your project or send us an email. Our team will help you identify which safety solutions you might need and answer your compliance or system-related questions. We will also work with you to find a suitable time and date for the site survey (if this is required).
On the day, please make sure that the site can be accessed for the survey and that a site contact is available to answer questions and discuss the project. Our team will discuss your requirements, take measurements and help you identify hazards, as well as answer any questions you might have about our safety solutions.
Following the site survey, our team will put together a quote for the recommended system and send that to you via email. Quotes are usually valid for 30 days, but the team will be able to advise further depending on the type of project. If you require installation services for the systems you have been quoted for, then we can help with that too.
Here is what to expect when you request installation services for your project
Get in touch to discuss your requirements. We will help you select the correct safety products and guide you throughout the entire process. We will offer an initial estimate based on the details you provide, any drawings you send, photos of the site or Google Earth images. Let us know at this point if you require our team of installers to move materials onto roofs, carry out any special arrangements your site might require or provide specialist machinery on site as part of our installation, such as cherry pickers or cranes.
Every installation includes an initial site survey provided by one of our team members. Some sites are unique and have their own set of challenges that sometimes are not clear from photos or Google Earth images. Our initial site survey will ensure that an accurate assessment and final costing for the project can be provided. This is also the perfect time to address any safety concerns that you might have related to your project.
Once we receive your confirmation to proceed with the installation, we will arrange for a team of 2 engineers to attend site. Our installers are fully qualified with NVQ Level 2 "Working at height" qualifications. They also have extensive experience installing systems such as KeeGuard (all versions, from the standard one to the folding system), Kee Klamp handrails (ground based or on roofs), walkways and skylight protection systems, whereas this is for new builds or retrofitting to existing structures.
Once installation has taken place, a team member will attend site again to ensure quality has been achieved and that you are happy with the installation. If you have any questions, concerns or after care questions, our Simplified Safety representative will be there to help. If you wish, we can assist you with the inspection and recertification of your system after 12 months.
Our experts will help complete your project. Get in touch for any questions or if you would like to schedule a site survey or installation works.
