Get in touch

Give us a call to discuss your project or send us an email. Our team will help you identify which safety solutions you might need and answer your compliance or system-related questions. We will also work with you to find a suitable time and date for the site survey (if this is required).

On the day

On the day, please make sure that the site can be accessed for the survey and that a site contact is available to answer questions and discuss the project. Our team will discuss your requirements, take measurements and help you identify hazards, as well as answer any questions you might have about our safety solutions.

Simplicity

Receive a quote

Following the site survey, our team will put together a quote for the recommended system and send that to you via email. Quotes are usually valid for 30 days, but the team will be able to advise further depending on the type of project. If you require installation services for the systems you have been quoted for, then we can help with that too.

Installation

Here is what to expect when you request installation services for your project

Your project

Get in touch to discuss your requirements. We will help you select the correct safety products and guide you throughout the entire process. We will offer an initial estimate based on the details you provide, any drawings you send, photos of the site or Google Earth images. Let us know at this point if you require our team of installers to move materials onto roofs, carry out any special arrangements your site might require or provide specialist machinery on site as part of our installation, such as cherry pickers or cranes.

Initial site survey

Every installation includes an initial site survey provided by one of our team members. Some sites are unique and have their own set of challenges that sometimes are not clear from photos or Google Earth images. Our initial site survey will ensure that an accurate assessment and final costing for the project can be provided. This is also the perfect time to address any safety concerns that you might have related to your project.

Installation day

Once we receive your confirmation to proceed with the installation, we will arrange for a team of 2 engineers to attend site. Our installers are fully competent and experienced in working at height. They also have extensive experience installing systems such as KeeGuard (all versions, from the standard one to the folding system), Kee Klamp handrails (ground based or on roofs), walkways and skylight protection systems, whereas this is for new builds or retrofitting to existing structures.

After care

Once installation has taken place, a team member will attend site again to ensure quality has been achieved and that you are happy with the installation. If you have any questions, concerns or after care questions, our Simplified Safety representative will be there to help. If you wish, we can assist you with the inspection and recertification of your system after 12 months.
